Manager Digital Analytics (m/f)


  • Be a digital analytics advocate and first contact person for Steinhoff Digital clients for all analytics projects. Help them to understand their data and get insights in a fast moving e-commerce world.
  • Collaborate with our retail clients  and build KPI dashboards to gain an overview of business performance
  • Meet on a regular basis with international stakeholders, analyze data from various sources and discuss your discoveries
  • Deliver actionable solutions that are aligned with your findings and industry trends
  • Be a part of the digital analytics team within Steinhoff Digital to foster an exchange on web analytics and best practices sharing


  • Work experience in the area of digital analytics within the retail industry
  • Proven expertise and understanding of Web Analytics Tools such as Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics
  • A track record in training a business audience for Web Analytics
  • Consulting and service mentality paired with outstanding analytics skills, yet “hands-on” with a focus on fast and flawless execution
  • Skills in visualizing data, drawing conclusions and interpreting the business impact
  • Basic understanding of web tracking technologies and e-Commerce platforms
  • Passion about joining an “evangelist” team in a multi-national retail corporation with an entrepreneurial and “making it happen” culture
  • Excellent communications skills and being an open team player
  • Nice to have: Google Analytics 360 Suite, Tableau, Google Big Query, Google Adwords
  • Fluency in English, other languages like French, Spanish or German are a plus
